Kairuki Pharmaceuticals Industry Limited (KPIL) is a new Pharmaceutical company which was established and registered by the country’s Business Registration & Licensing Agency (BRELA) back in 2015. The company is located at Zegereni Industrial Area in Kibaha Municipality, Coast region (Pwani). The plant is due to begin its manufacturing operations early 2021, therefore applications are invited from qualified and experienced Tanzanians in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry for the following positions:

Job Summary
- Under the supervision of the Head of production or Assistant Head of production, coordinates and controls production
- Implements production plan/targets according to
- Supervises employees engaged in manufacturing process and dispenses batches according to BMRs
Job Description
- Coordinates in planning and organizing the manufacturing process of the company
- Implements Operational Manuals, production plans and programs
- Ensures conformance of manufacturing processes with organizational objectives and policies with the coordination of Head of production unit
- Checks the availability of adequate raw and packing materials, utilities, filters and machine size parts
- Fulfills the monthly and weekly production plans according to the schedule with the coordination of Head of production unit
- Monitors drugs manufacturing activities in compliance with the requirements of
- Ensures that all standard yield are maintained by production lines
- Controls production process and production facilities
- Ensures the general cleanliness and hygienic conditions of the manufacturing areas
- Ensures that all production equipment are maintained in good working order
- Assists in pilot scale trials of products under development
- Ensures that there is discipline and good working culture among the staff
- Makes sure the on job training of production personnel
- Ensures production people wear mask, gloves and shoes before entering into production
- Prepares daily reports
- Performs other duties as assigned by Head of production unit
