VACANCIES FOR MWANZA CAMPUS
ASSISTANT LECTURER-3 POSTS
• Masters in Physics -1 post
GPA should be not less than 4.0 for Masters’ Degree and 3.8 for Bachelor Degree
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
According to the Scheme of Service for Technical Teachers 2007 but not limited, to the following:-
• Teach up to NTA level 8 (Bachelor’s Degree);
• Prepare learning resource for tutorial exercises;
• Conduct research, seminars and case studies;
• Carry out consultancy and community services under supervision;
• Supervise students projects;
• Prepare teaching manuals; and
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
REMUNERATION
• Attractive remuneration package in accordance with the Institute’s salary scale of PHTS 2/1.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
• All applicants must be Public Servants;
• Application letters for Transfer should be routed through respective employers;
• Attach current CV with 3 accessible referees one of them work related referee;
• Attach dully certified copies of education and Professional certificates;
• Applicants should have skills and qualifications as shown in each post;
• Applicants with certificates from foreign Universities should be verified by the Tanzania Commission for Universities (TCU); and
• All Secondary and Academic Certificates should have been verified by the respective Authority (NECTA and NACTE);
